The new year has started with a flurry of activity on the home front, and José has continued a remarkable recovery from his emergency surgery on Dec. 15. He will be authoring a follow-up post in the coming week, but for now I’m sharing a few updates on new and evolving ways friends, family, and others in our care circle can get involved....

The day after our last update on the blog, José was transported to the ER by ambulance for a medical emergency unrelated to his ALS.
